Chirp Access Control with STRATIS Smart Building

The STRATIS Mobile App offers Chirp Access Control features all across the property. Whenever a resident nears an entrance with their phone with the STRATIS Mobile App, new access points like entrances to the building and common areas like elevators and garages will show up. The phone can be off and still grant access, as long as STRATIS is running in the background.

Even in areas that can have low wireless signals like elevators, getting access is as easy as tapping the phone to the reader or even unlocking from the back of the elevator cart if it's crowded.

STRATIS integrates with a variety of locks that are all fire-rated for multifamily including Yale, Schlage, dormakaba, SALTO, and Delaney (take a look at all the access management STRATIS works with). Simply holding up a phone with the Mobile App unlocks the door.

If residents have guests, whether they are friends or vendors like dog walkers, granting guess access remotely is simple. The resident can send a visitor a pass through the app or a text, both from the comfort of their own apartment unit. Or the visitor can use a smart sign QR code at the entrance points.

Prospective residents can take advantage of these features too! With self-guided tours, prospective residents can conveniently see the apartment on their own time (easily scheduled through the property website), while having the support and knowledge staff guidance. With a pincode for the model unit and common areas, there's no confusion.

Integrations with the ActiveBuilding resident portal and Community Rewards engage the whole community. As residents use the Mobile App to unlock amenity areas that they booked or package rooms when they receive deliveries, they can gain points and rewards to redeem later.
