STRATIS Announces Installation Milestone of STRATIS Sphere, Access, Energy, and Automation Management and Control Platform, Adds Schlage Control

STRATIS, creator of the award-winning STRATIS Sphere Access, Energy, and Automation Platform for MultiFamily and Campus Communities, has announced its 75,000th installation. The STRATIS Sphere platform can be found on nearly 400 sites across 40 states, from Class A complexes to dormitories to public housing. STRATIS also supports the newly released Schlage Control Bluetooth-enabled door locks, created specifically for the multi-housing industry. The STRATIS Sphere is the most widely installed Internet of Things platform in MultiFamily.

The 75,000th unit of STRATIS Sphere was installed at The Collins in Philadelphia. The STRATIS groundbreaking access management and control platform uses Schlage Control Bluetooth door locks.

The STRATIS access management and control platform enables property managers and staff to quickly and easily provide new and replacement credentials, maintenance and vendor access, and full audits, without ever leaving the management office. The benefits include increased security and efficiency, and the cost-savings of eliminating rekeying and replacing traditional door locks.

In addition to access management and control, STRATIS provides advanced demand response capable energy management and control. Building owners and managers can begin with either access or energy, and expand their STRATIS Sphere platform to engage additional automation modules as fits their budget and objectives for return on investment. STRATIS uses wireless, pre-commissioned, rapid install hardware that reduces the amount of time and expense of installation for either new construction or retrofit.

“We are excited that the rate of adoption has been so quick and steadfast. Property owners are clearly prepared to embrace technologies created with their buildings in mind,” said Felicite Moorman, CEO of STRATIS. “As we see companies like Google’s Sidewalk Labs and GE’s Current, explore the development of Smart Cities, we are intent on providing the connected Smart City platform for commercial residential buildings, further increasing the value of the technologies we’re installing today and generating lifelong returns.”

STRATIS CEO, Felicite Moorman presents this week at the MultiFamily Technology & Entrepreneurship Conference (MTEC) and the National Apartment Association Education Conference and Expo (NAA). Both events are located in San Francisco, California.
