From her time at JPI, Strohson brings a deep understanding of construction, development, and property management, which is a crucial advantage in this rapidly developing IoT market.
Wendi Leibowitz, formerly with Assurant and HD Supply, joins STRATIS with over ten years of experience in the MultiFamily housing industry. Her time on the sales and account management side of the industry gives her a distinct perspective on how to grow customer relationships at the regional and national level. Her first-hand experience working with all the stakeholders on the customer side, from end users to maintenance staff and property managers, maximizes the success of every interaction between clients and the STRATIS team.
Lee Miller, previously a London-area Sales Manager at Control4, has over a decade of experience in sales management. At STRATIS, Lee wields a multifaceted understanding of implementing smart technology in MultiFamily housing through his roles as designer, project manager, and sales manager. His perspective of the European MultiFamily and IoT markets is pivotal as STRATIS responds to growing international demand.
Edson D’Souza joins STRATIS from DISH Network, where he was a National Sales/Product Manager. At DISH, D’Souza was responsible for the creation and brand partnership for an IoT Sales channel that did not exist 5 years prior. With his history in technology, retail, consumer electronics, and the telecommunications industries, D’Souza is an expert in the relationships between customers, hardware, and software.
Marlo Simmons CAS joins STRATIS from Valet Living, where she was the Regional Vice President of Sales. Her experience in MultiFamily software innovations spans roles at Valet Living, RentPath, and Move.com. Through bridging the ways technology propels the ease and comfort of MultiFamily living for over a decade, Simmons brings invaluable insights to STRATIS.
